THIS FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT WAS OBSERVED OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE ISSUED FOR THE 2022 YEAR BY THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF SECTION 22 CHAPTER 83 OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY FOOD SERVICE SANITATION ORDINANCE. THIS FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT UPON VISIT, HAS NOW PAID ON SITE TODAY FOR THE 2022 FOOD SANITATION LICENSE. NO FURTHER VIOLATION IS NOTED AT THIS TIME. |
